Limited Warranties

We accept returns provided that you have YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT and plant (dead or alive), or other items (see conditions below).  A valid home phone number & driver's license is required with all returns.
Outdoor Trees and Shrubs 1 Year ¹
Perennials and Roses 1 Year ¹
Indoor Foliage Houseplants 6 Months
Annuals/Indoor Flowering Plants 30 days
Defective Hard Goods 1 Year
Christmas Items Dec 20 ²
 ¹ OR JUNE 15TH OF THE NEXT YEAR, WHICHEVER IS GREATER
 ² OF THE YEAR IN WHICH THE PURCHASE WAS MADE
  1. Non-saleable, planted or dead plants are eligible for a MERCHANDISE CREDIT good for one year.
  2. Re-saleable live plants that have not been planted and are still in their original container are eligible for a refund.
  3. Cash/check refunds over $150.00 will be made with a check mailed within seven days.
  4. Warranties begin on the original date of purchase.
  5. Replacement plants are not warranted.
  6. SALE ITEMS are warranted for SALE PRICE only.
  7. Warranties do not cover acts of God, frost or drought.  We reserve the right to void any/all warranty coverage due to lack of watering, neglect or providing false customer information.
